The meeting was called to order: at 10:00 a.m. by John R. and opened with the Serenity Prayer

- John to check back October 24th with landlord regarding status of the room.
- A motion was made to accept the minutes from last month by Jeanne and seconded by John, The minutes were approved.

Treasury Report: Lisa Not in attendance
- Jeanne read the treasury report sent by Lisa.
- Because Lisa was not present, we will get with her to explain the bank accounts later.

Washington Area Intergroup Association (WAIA):
- Nothing new to report
- Tech outreach position has been filled
- Need people in person at WAIA

Publications Report – Mike D.
- Nothing to report as of today.
Supplies – Ben C
- Ben purchased the items for the picnic
- Jeff will bring items to site at 10:30 a.m.
Secretary Coordinator – Shawn G. Not Present
- Nothing to report
Virtual Meeting Coordinator – Jeanne O.
- Need to find a new chairperson for Monday 7 p.m. Traditions meeting otherwise it will be cancelled
Website – John R. – Report Submitted
- Sent out report and stats
- Added Footprints in the Winter Sand
Old Business:
- Jeff to keep all the perishables for the picnic at his house
- People have volunteered to be there at 10 a.m. and staying all day
- 50/50 will take place however, no facepainting that day
- Vincent will do the grill
New Business
- People will be showing up to cook and have supplies there by 10:30 a.m.
- Jeff to take leftovers to LARS
