Good morning John, just a heads up. It looks like Minkoff found asbestos in the flooring tile glue (mastic) in the back area of the nail salon. They’ve posted the required 10-day notice, with abatement scheduled to start on 10/26 once that period clears. Unfortunately, this is delaying their work, so they’ve pushed the east building turnover date to the week of 11/9.
