Most recent message sent to our landlord asking for a project update.
“Minkoff the new contractor had projected a completion date of 10/24. I stopped by on 9/19 and saw what looked like the sprinkler installation in progress. Are we still on-track for an October 24th completion date?”

Pictures below were taken today October 3, 2026 and show that since the last pictures on September 19  their does seem to be significant progress from those previous photos.
The ceiling has been insulated and it looks like new lighting has been installed.

Not sure if we are still on track to be finished by October 24th. As soon as the landlord responds to the message with an update a page will be sent out to let everyone know.
